Kathleen Francesca is beautiful, intelligent, and savvy. She is also the "It Business Woman" of the moment. Kathleen is balancing it all on her own -- parenting and her professional journey in R3 Medical Training. She is an inspiration taking on impactful work with a positive attitude and has no plans to stop. R3 Medical Training was founded by Dr. David Greene (CEO of R3 Stem cell) and Kathleen in 2018. She is also the Co-founder and partner of R3 Medical training with Dr. Greene.
If you or a loved one has joint pain, R3 might be for you. Kathleen's work at R3 keeps the behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly and continuously improving. R3 is a one-stop shop working with doctors and providers of regenerative medicine. Regenerative medicine is defined as replacing or "regenerating" human cells, tissues, or organs to restore or establish normal function.
In addition to providing services for doctors and patients, R3 gives back by sponsoring the R3 Stem Cell Heroes Program. The program selects veterans and emergency services professionals for free stem cell treatments to improve their quality of life after giving so much to their communities.
When Kathleen had a moment to stop, we spoke with Gemma Magazine about her R3 Medicine, her role in training providers, and her motivation. Let's get into it!
Tell us a bit about your experience in R3 Medical Training. R3 Medical Training was founded by Dr.David Greene (CEO of R3 Stem cell) and myself in 2018. There was a demand from Providers who wanted to learn our protocols and have access to small training courses that provide hands-on training on actual patients. I'm a Co-Founder and partner of R3 Medical training along with Dr.David Greene.
What are some of the challenges of running a center? The challenge of a training center is learning how to structure a system that provides a smooth flow and organized program, especially when doing hands-on procedures.
What courses do you offer? We offer various techniques such as MSK Ultrasound guided injections, Botox and Fillers courses, Regenerative Aesthetics courses, Regenerative Comprehensive courses, Hair rejuvenation courses, and Sales and Marketing training for Medical practices. Our systems also offer CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits which are vital for Medical Providers to obtain medical license renewal.
What is one aspect of your training center that stands out? Our center offers training for Medical Providers, allowing them to learn our IRB-approved protocols. Our concept is simple. You see one (watch a Faculty Doctor do a procedure), You do one (Do a process on an actual patient through our Heroes for R3 program), and You get one ( Receive a Regenerative Procedure). People tend to love anti-aging and wellness services. Anything that provides a good quality of life!!
Do you enjoy training providers? I enjoy our training courses; however, it is a lot of work. I learned the value of time management, and indeed being OCD came in handy!!
Can you please explain the Stem Cell Training Course and the Aesthetics Course? Regenerative Comprehensive courses cover all protocols that Regenerative Practices can perform, such as joint injections, systemic as intranasal. It goes into a deeper dive into the science behind Biologics and protocols. With Aesthetics training, we cover hair rejuvenation for hair growth, facial rejuvenation, and sexual health.
I'm sure you have found in your work that people are happier when they have a healthy mind. When you are healthy, you are much more satisfied with yourself, but happiness is a state of mind. When you live a life that revolves around being positive and not dwelling on things that aren’t part of your bigger picture. It's all about accepting what you can not control and allowing yourself to focus on what fulfills you.
How can R3 help in the anti-aging process? Regenerative Medicine is designed to help slow the progression of any health conditions you are developing. It is meant to repair, restore and rejuvenate your body, hence the name R3. Anti-Aging is about remaining healthy, youthful, and having a good quality of life which is what stem cells are.
Regarding anti-aging, what is crucial in terms of diet Hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate!!!
You have accomplished so much; what keeps you motivated? Nothing in life is handed to you; you must pave the way for success. I only have one life, and I owe it to myself to live it the best way I know how. At a young age, I knew I wanted to be successful and challenge myself by stepping out of my comfort zone. I work hard each day to be better than I was the day before. That alone is my motivation to keep going!! It's also important to me that I show my Daughter a true example of what a “Phenomenal Woman” truly is.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years, I would love to see myself as an active Philanthropist and a Published Book Author. I also would love to see the R3 Brand expanding in Europe :)
Are you excited about the new headquarters opening in Scottsdale? I am excited about our new headquarter in Scottsdale. It's nice to have a home base. We are also in the process of opening a headquarter in Nashville.
