Who is Tony Vincente?
Tony Vincente is the fierce Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of Rossario George, the Seattle-based and award-winning luxury lifestyle brand known for blending high fashion (both Couture and Ready-to Wear), beauty, and modern luxury with a commitment to ethical craftsmanship. Since launching the brand in 2018, Tony has transformed Rossario George (www.rossariogeorge.com) from a passion project into an internationally recognized name featured in major media outlets and worn by celebrities, entertainers, and influential figures. Rossario George recently showed in Seattle and premiered three pieces from the La Maison de Rossario George Haute Couture collection that are featured in this article! The show also consisted of RTW and Couture designs.
A lifelong creative, Tony's journey into fashion was anything but traditional. Drawing inspiration from art, culture, travel, and the people he meets along the way, he built Rossario George on the belief that luxury should be both aspirational and responsible. "I've always been drawn to creativity and self-expression. Growing up, I was fascinated by how clothing could transform not only how someone looked but how they felt. I didn't come from a traditional fashion background, which gave me the freedom to see design through my own lens," expressed Tony. Under his leadership, the brand has become known for its made-to-order approach, cruelty-free beauty products, and distinctive designs that celebrate confidence, individuality, and glamour.

Rossario George
Rossario George is an award-winning international luxury lifestyle brand known for its bold design language, refined craftsmanship, and modern approach to accessible luxury. Today, Tony continues to lead Rossario George as it expands across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories. With an unwavering commitment to innovation and craftsmanship, he remains focused on creating products and experiences that inspire confidence, celebrate self-expression, and bring a touch of luxury to everyday life.
Rossario George actually started with a series of mini dresses. The early pieces were bold, confident, and empowered. Tony said, "They embodied everything I wanted the brand to represent: luxury, self-expression and fashion that makes a statement." The response to those first mini dresses was incredibly encouraging and reinforced his belief that there was room for a brand that delivered designer fashion with both creativity and accessibility. From there, the brand expanded into ready-to-wear, introducing tailored suits, statement separates, and elevated essentials that carried the same DNA of confidence and individuality.

Tony's work has earned industry recognition, including the Stellar Business Award for Luxury Lifestyle Global and nominations from organizations such as Fashion Group International and the International Association of Top Professionals. His designs have appeared on red carpets, fashion runways, and editorial features, helping establish Rossario George as an emerging force in the luxury market.
Beyond fashion, Tony is passionate about storytelling, entrepreneurship, and empowering others to pursue their dreams. He frequently speaks about building a business from the ground up, embracing creativity, and taking risks to pursue meaningful goals. His philosophy is simple: fashion should make people feel extraordinary while reflecting the values and vision behind every piece.
"Haute Couture gives me the freedom to push boundaries, experiment with structure, and create heirloom-level garments. It’s quality over quantity—always."
Haute Couture
La Maison de Rossario George marks the house’s bold entry into the world of haute couture—where artistry, craftsmanship, and imagination converge. Conceived by designer Tony Vincente, the atelier represents the highest expression of the Rossario George vision: sculptural silhouettes, dramatic elegance, and garments created as wearable works of art.
Each couture piece is meticulously crafted with extraordinary attention to detail, blending architectural design with fluid movement and modern glamour. From striking evening gowns to avant-garde statement pieces, La Maison de Rossario George celebrates individuality, confidence, and the timeless power of couture. At its heart, the maison is dedicated to creating unforgettable fashion moments—where design transcends clothing and becomes a form of storytelling.

Ready-To-Wear
The Ready-to-Wear collection features everything from impeccably tailored suits and statement separates to elevated essentials that can seamlessly transition from day to evening. You will see rich colors like Cabernet and Blu Oceano, dramatic silhouettes, luxurious fabrics, and thoughtful details that make each piece feel special. Rossario George also designs with inclusivity in mind, offering styles that complement a variety of body types and personal aesthetics.

Beauty
Rossario George Beauty is luxury without compromise. From the beginning, the goal was to create products that deliver exceptional performance while remaining accessible and inclusive.
Gemma Magazine had the exciting opportunity to chat with Tony Vincente about what inspires him to design, how he empowers women through their fashion choices, and his vision of storytelling through creativity and self-expression. Let's dive in!

What inspired you to become a fashion designer?
Fashion found me long before I realized it would become my career. I've always been drawn to creativity and self-expression. Growing up, I was fascinated by how clothing could transform not only how someone looked but how they felt. I didn't come from a traditional fashion background, which gave me the freedom to see design through my own lens. What inspired me most was the ability to create something from nothing and give people confidence through what they wear.
Can you tell us about your early influences in fashion? Were there specific designers or movements that shaped your style?
I have always admired designers who weren't afraid to take risks. The glamour of old Hollywood, the artistry of haute couture, and the boldness of modern luxury brands all influenced me. More than any single designer, I was inspired by people who challenged convention and created their own path. That entrepreneurial spirit is something I carried into Rossario George. I wanted to create a brand that was elegant, inclusive, and accessible, yet aspirational.
Can you describe your design process? How do you go from concept to final product?
Every collection begins with a story. Sometimes it's a color, a mood, a historical reference, or even a conversation. I sketch extensively and then work closely with artisans and manufacturers around the world to bring those ideas to life. Fabric selection, construction, fittings, and revisions are all critical steps. I believe details make the garment, so I spend a lot of time refining even the smallest elements before a piece is finalized.
How would you describe your signature style for Rossario George?
I would describe Rossario George as modern luxury with a point of view. Our pieces are sophisticated but approachable, dramatic but wearable. We embrace strong tailoring, beautiful fabrics, thoughtful details, and a sense of empowerment. Whether it's ready-to-wear, beauty, or haute couture, I want every Rossario George product to make someone feel confident and unforgettable.
What makes Rossario George Ready-to-Wear a style standout?
It would be our ability to blend high-fashion sensibilities with real-life wearability. A Rossario George blazer it's isn't just a blazer--it's a confidence piece. A dress isn't something you just put on--it's an experience. We take an inspiration from art, architecture, and storytelling, then translate those ideas into garments that feel modern, distinctive, and timeless.

What themes or concepts do you often explore in your collections?
Empowerment is at the center of everything I create. I also explore themes of individuality, transformation, inclusivity, and self-confidence. Many of my collections celebrate the idea that luxury should be available to everyone, regardless of age, size, gender, or background. Fashion should be a tool for self-expression, not exclusion.
What current fashion trends are you excited about, and how do you see them evolving?
I'm excited about the continued movement toward individuality. Consumers are becoming less interested in following trends and more interested in creating personal style. I also love seeing craftsmanship return to the spotlight. People want pieces with meaning and longevity. I believe we'll continue to see a blend of luxury, sustainability, and personalization become increasingly important in the years ahead.
Can you share a project or collection that you are particularly proud of? What made it special?
The transition to La Maison de Rossario George Haute Couture is incredibly special to me. It represents years of growth, learning, and persistence. Seeing our designs on red carpets at the Oscars, Golden Globes, and other major events has been surreal, but moving into haute couture feels like the next chapter in our story. It's proof that a self-taught designer with a dream can build something truly global.
Tell us about Rossario George Beauty
Our beauty line is an extension of the fashion house. Just as clothing is designed to empower and and inspire confidence, our beauty products are created to help people feel beautiful expressive, and unapologetically themselves. Every lipstick, mascara, and skincare product is thoughtfully developed with quality and experience in mind.
How do you approach sustainability in your designs and business practices?
Sustainability is a responsibility, not a trend. We avoid animal leather and fur, use vegan alternatives whenever possible, and incorporate naturally molted feathers in our couture work. Many of our garments are made to order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction. We are constantly looking for ways to create beautiful products while being mindful of our impact on the world.
"What makes Rossario George Beauty special is our commitment to ethical luxury. Our products are cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified with ingredients that align with our values. We believe that beauty should be both indulgent and responsible." (Tony Vincente)
You are a true creative. How do you envision your brand evolving in the future?
I see Rossario George becoming a true lifestyle house. We have already expanded from fashion into beauty and home, and I believe there is a tremendous opportunity to continue growing globally. I want Rossario George to be known not only for beautiful products but for creating experiences, building community, and inspiring people to live creatively and confidently.
Lastly, how in the world do you manage Apparel, Housewares, and Beauty?
A lot of coffee and a great team. The truth is, none of it happens alone. I am fortunate to work with talented people who believe in the vision. The categories may be different, but they all share the same DNA: thoughtful design, quality, and luxury. Whether it's a gown, a candle, or a lipstick, the goal is always to create something that enhances a person's life.

Next up is Iceland Fashion Week. It will take place August 27th -30th and Tony is super excited.
